I graduated from the University of Houston - Downtown with a BS in the Biological and Physical Sciences. I was headed for dental college but beore I could get there I substitute taught in the Cypress Fairbanks School district and discovered I really liked teaching. It so happened that a teacher at Cy-Falls needed to quit as her husband had accepted a job somewhere other than Houston and had to move, so I came here and took her place. I have not taught at any other school except Cy-Falls. I have 3 boys 22, 20 and 17. The 17 year old, who has not yet graduated, goes to Cy-Falls with me and will graduate this year; God willing :). My eldest son is in the Navy and is currently on tour. My middle son is going to the Lone Star College at Barker Cypress.
I also have a wonderful husband of 20 years. He is a wonderful cook, extremely neat, and an all around handy guy to have around. I like to think of him as my own personal School VIP cause whatever I think of, he will assist me and it always comes out just as I envisioned it. Although sometimes I think he feels unappreciated he is always ready, willing and able to make it possible for me to be a better teacher for your children.
