Brian Eisemann is a Associate Band Director at Cypress Falls High School, where he directs the Concert I Band and assist with the Concert II and Symphonic Bands. He recently completed his Master of Music in Conducting degree from Sam Houston State University, where he studied with Matthew McInturf and David Clemmer. While at Sam Houston State University, he assisted with the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band and Bearkat Marching Band, conducting and music education classes. Before going to Sam Houston State University, he taught in the Klein ISD and received his Bachelor of Music Education degree from The University of Texas at Austin. In 1997 and 1998, he marched with the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps from Rosemont, Illinois. Mr. Eisemann attended J.J. Pearce High School in Richardson, and earned the Dallas Music Teachers Association “Senior Musician of the Year” Award in 1995.
Mr. Eisemann has taught the Band Camp at the University of Houston, the Leadership Camp at SHSU with Frank Troyka, teaches and assists with HASWE, the Houston Area Summer Wind Ensemble, and is active as an adjudicator throughout the Houston area. His professional affiliations include the Texas Music Educators Association, the Texas Bandmasters Association, Kappa Kappa Psi, and Pi Kappa Lambda, National Music Honor Society.
