Katherine Johnson is a choral director and accompanist from Sugar Land, Texas. She received her Bachelor’s of Music and Master of Arts in Teaching from Trinity University in San Antonio.
Currently, Mrs. Johnson is in her 3rd year as the Assistant Choir Director at Cypress Falls High School in Houston, working with Deidre Douglas.
Some of Mrs. Johnson's favorite pastimes are reading, solving crossword puzzles, playing cards and board games, and hiking. She loves playing disc golf and will occasionally show off her skills at Guitar Hero. If she could not work at Cy-Falls, she would want to be an American Idol back-up singer. She and her new husband, Colin, are enjoying time with their West Highland Terrier puppy, Jack.
