I graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical Mathematics and a Master's degree in Education. I taught math at Montebello High school in Montebello, CA for 15 years. Subjects I have taught include Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, SAT Prep and Pre-Calculus/Calculus. My family and I moved here from La Mirada, CA to Cypress in 2005. I taught geometry at Cy Fair High School in 2007-08 and moved here to the Ranch in 2008.
I absolutely love teaching and my goal is to make math both interesting and fun (well...at least interesting) for my students. I strive to make every student believe that they can succeed in math. Students must understand that hard work is necessary for that success! I'm looking forward to a great year!
