I am a graduate of Tomball High School and Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching in Mathematics. My teaching career began at Cy-Creek High School where I taught Algebra I, Technical Algebra, and Informal Geometry during my ten year tenure. In 2000, I stopped teaching full time to begin my family. During the six years, I was fortunate enough to stay home. I also taught summer school, was a substitute teacher, offered private tutoring, and during that time my daughter was born. My classroom teaching began again with the opening of Cy-Woods. This is my sixth year to teach Algebra II.
I'm a native Houstonian and have lived in the district my entire adult life. I believe this is going to be a great year!
